My current practice is influenced by different styles of Yoga although I am now particularly close and interested in the T. Krishnamacharya tradition.
I earned my 200h Vinyasa Flow certification with Mollie McClelland Morris in London, who deeply transformed the experience of Yoga within me.
In my classes, I want to create a peaceful corner where creative vision, freedom and acceptance are the main features. Where there is no ‘default or standard way of being’ and everyone has a clear vision of their practice and where each steps fits into their journey. I always integrate meditation, breath exercise and strong physical practice. Expect to experience a strong, steady, slow and mindful flow accompanied by meditation, philosophy and Pranayama.
