7 years ago I began a practice that now has become a huge part of my life. Initially interested in just the physical aspect of yoga, I had no realization of where it would take me physically, mentally and spiritually. I began to notice a shift in not only my physical practice but also my day–to–day life off the mat. I became more calm, present, happier and connected with the natural wave of life. Allowing myself to detach from any expectations I may have and learn to let go.
My classes are playful, sweet, strong and challenging at times. Incorporating meditation on the mat as well as a free flowing practice to inspire, connect and invigorate your day.
