Our Hatha classes focus on correctly aligning the body to improve general posture, breathing and circulation. Hatha is ideal for beginners and those with physical limitations. All levels welcome.

Pregnancy Yoga

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes focus on pelvic floor work, exercises to prepare the body for birth. Breath work & community for new mums.

Postnatal Classes

Our Postnatal classes focus on focusing on strengthen your core, pelvic floor muscle, after child birth whilst socialsing with new mums.
